Graphic Artist: A Graphic Artist has demonstrated experience and expertise creating compelling graphics and covers for proposals or other technical documents, and marketing material. They have advanced knowledge of and skill with graphics software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and/ or InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, Corel PaintShop Pro, Corel Draw, or similar applications, and are familiar with different raster and vector graphics file formats.

Project Name: Primary Surface Radar Proposal Management

Project Description: Lead the Primary Surface Radar proposal effort. Includes all traditional PM roles plus writers and SMEs.
