Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and produce a variety of graphic content, including digital and print materials, such as brochures, logos, social media graphics, website visuals, and marketing collateral.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate: Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet business objectives.
• Conceptualize: Generate creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, ensuring innovative and engaging designs.
• Revise and Refine: Edit and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring final products meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
• Creativity: Strong creative skills and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Web Design: Experience with web design and familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Animation: Knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
• Photography: Basic photography skills and photo editing.
• UX/UI: Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
