Group Security Policy (Planning/Strategy) Manager
Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate Holdings seeks a seasoned Information Security professional to spearhead the development and implementation of group-wide security policies and strategies. This role demands a strategic thinker with experience in formulating long-term information protection plans, managing security projects, conducting security assessments for new IT implementations, and overseeing the security posture across various group companies. Responsibilities include crafting information security strategies, creating business plans, performing security reviews of new IT systems, monitoring security compliance across the group, and conducting regular security audits. The ideal candidate possesses expertise in information security management systems, governance, and risk management, coupled with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must have:
- Develop and implement group-wide security policies
- Manage information security projects
- Conduct security assessments for new IT systems
- Oversee group-wide security compliance
- Experience in security policy creation and project management
Good to have:
- IT or information security related degree
- CISA, CISSP certifications
- ISMS-P, ISO27001 auditor certifications
- Experience in similar industry

- 정보보호 중장기 전략 수립 및 정책 기획, 프로젝트 관리 경험 보유
- 정보보호 관리체계 수립 및 운영 실무 경험 보유
- 신규 IT 도입 보안성검토 경험 및 위험관리 역량 보유
- 그룹사 보안 점검/진단 및 수준 관리 역량 보유
필요역량
- 정보보호 관리체계 및 거버넌스에 대한 충분한 이해
- 시스템 개발 및 인프라 운영에 대한 기본적인 IT 지식
- 전략적/논리적 사고 기반 요구사항 분석 및 중급 이상의 문서 작성 능력
- 원활한 커뮤니케이션 및 문제 해결 능력
우대사항
- IT 또는 정보보호 관련 전공자
- 동종업계 실무 경험자
- CISA, CISSP 등 정보보호 자격 보유자
- ISMS-P, ISO27001 등 인증심사원 자격 보유자
