Role: Head of Artificial Intelligence

Digital Waffle is proud to have partnered with an innovative health-tech business, who are rapidly expanding their AI function. 

📍Remote (1x month in office expensed)

💰 £90,000 - £120,000

I am looking for an experienced Head of AI to lead the new Artificial Intelligence division, where they will build, develop and mentor a team who will work to integrate AI technologies into existing products and services. If you are passionate about AI, have experience building AI teams, and excel in a leadership position, then please apply! 🤝

You’ll be responsible for building a dynamic AI team and creating a AI strategy which aims to integrate AI into their existing products and ultimately shape the future of the products.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy
  • Identify opportunities for AI innovation and integration across various company-wide products and services.
  • Building lead a team of AI professionals
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Oversee the design, development and deployment of AI solutions 
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to align AI initiatives with broader company objectives.
  • Communicate AI strategies, initiatives, and outcomes effectively across the business
  • Be aware of the ethical application of AI, and the legal regulations and industry standards.
  • Assert policies and protocols to manage AI ethics, privacy, and security concerns.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful AI teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A strong portfolio of AI projects, showcasing the ability to drive innovation and business impact!
