Job Description

As the Manager of Professional Services at Zscaler, you will lead a technical team, overseeing Zscaler solution deployments and providing support to new and existing customers in the EMEA Northern region. Your responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, development, and performance management for the team. You will manage cross-functional relationships and participate in long-term planning, driving operational excellence through various processes. You'll also be responsible for ensuring the success of deployments and project outcomes.
Must have:
  • Technical experience with network technologies.
  • Experience leading technical teams in network infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of geographically distributed teams.
Good to have:
  • Industry certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CCSP.
  • Advanced expertise in network security architecture and SaaS integration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

We're looking for an experienced Manager, Professional Services to join our EMEA Professional Services team. Reporting to the Director, Professional Services EMEA, you'll be responsible for:
 
Responsibilities:
  • Leading a technical team of PS Consultants/Zscaler experts responsible for Zscaler solution deployments and support for new and existing customers in EMEA Northern region.
  • Responsibilities for hiring, on-boarding, development and performance management for the team.
  • Managing cross-functional relationships across various organizations (Sales, CSM, TAM, Support) to drive successful deployments and project success
  • Lead the organization and participate in long-term planning and strategic decision making with the global team (PS Sales, Service partner managers, PMO, PS Enablement, Practice leads)
  • Drive operational excellence through process, procedures, tooling, training and effective management of KPIs.

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Technical xxperience with network technologies such as; VPNs such as IPSec and GRE, Firewalls and Proxies, SSL, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS protocols; understanding of cybersecurity technologies, protocols and applications
  • Experienced in leading technical teams responsible for deploying and operating large-scale network infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of geographically distributed teams and stakeholders
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Industry recognized Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP and vendor specific certifications
  • Advanced expertise in network security architecture and SaaS integration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related field
