Job Description:

We seek a skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer with a background in video editing and an interest in AI in design. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning and engaging multimedia content, with the ability to bring ideas to life through motion graphics, video, and AI-enhanced design.

Responsibilities:

• Create and Design: Develop high-quality motion graphics for various media including web, mobile, and social platforms.
• Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing final product.
• AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance the creative process, from automating repetitive tasks to generating innovative design concepts.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with overall brand strategy.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and emerging best practices in design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project requirements and deadlines.

Who you are:

• Upto 1 year of experience in motion graphic design, video editing, and graphic design.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects that display problem-solving abilities and skills.
• You have a strong understanding of design software such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A willingness to learn, adapt, and upskill in AI-enhanced techniques.
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take constructive feedback.

Preferences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Bonus points if you have experience with tools like Canva, VN editor, InShot, and others - yes you read that right!
