Job Summary
Job Description
Inwave Studio seeks a Music Content specialist with 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities include managing and executing game music operations; creating new covers of popular songs; managing songs; creating SFX to enhance user experience; analyzing music trends, performance charts, and market data; innovating and improving products; designing new interaction methods; collaborating with PO and DEV to ensure product quality; and collaborating with the team to propose new and exciting music-related projects. Candidates should possess strong logic, music production skills, and project management abilities. Excellent English communication is a plus.

Mô tả công việc
Quản lý và thực hiện các công việc vận hành nhạc của game bao gồm: tạo bản cover mới của những bài hát nổi tiếng, quản lý bài hát, tạo SFX để nâng cao trải nghiệm người dùng.
Phân tích xu hướng, biểu đồ hiệu suất, dữ liệu thị trường liên quan đến âm nhạc… để đưa ra các quyết định chính xác khi lên kế hoạch cho từng sản phẩm.
Đổi mới, cải tiến sản phẩm, thiết kế những cách tương tác mới …
Phối hợp với PO và DEV để tạo ra chất lượng sản phẩm theo yêu cầu
Phối hợp với team để đề xuất những sáng kiến, ý tưởng hoặc giải pháp nhằm tạo ra những dự án liên quan đến âm nhạc mới mẻ và thú vị.
Yêu cầu công việc
Có trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực âm nhạc.
Ưu tiên những bạn đã có các sản phẩm liên quan đến âm nhạc ( đính kèm sản phẩm trong CV)
Tư duy logic
Có kỹ năng quản lý công việc, có kiến thức và kỹ năng sản xuất nhạc.
Có trách nhiệm cao trong công việc
Giao tiếp tiếng anh tốt là 1 lợi thế.
