How do I create an entry sheet?
You may use free software, etc. There is no specific software designated or recommended. Please resize attached photos in advance so that the PDF file size does not become too large. Standard size is around 3MB.
This method involves printing the data on paper and scanning the paper. If you do not have a printer at home, we recommend using a multi-function copier at a convenience store. Please research how to use multi-function copiers yourself.
If there is no convenience store nearby, we recommend using the document scanning function of native apps like "Notes" (iPhone) or "Google Drive" (Android), or a dedicated scanning app. Simple close-up photos are strictly prohibited. If you upload data PDF-converted using a smartphone's scanning function, please make sure to check yourself before uploading whether the necessary information is visible without hindrance (paper distortion, light reflection, etc.). If it is judged as "not visible" during the selection process, your document screening will be unsuccessful. If you are "concerned about visibility," please use one of the two safer methods mentioned above for PDF conversion.
Is a face photo required for the entry sheet?
A face photo is required to be attached to the entry sheet. There are no specific dress code requirements. When attaching a photo to the PDF, please resize (reduce) it to the necessary size in advance to prevent the PDF file size from becoming too large.
