Job Description
This role is for a Numerical Planner - Card Games, based in Beijing or Guangzhou, China. Responsibilities include understanding the numerical design structure of mini-program games, designing and configuring numerical systems for the mini-program version, designing and adjusting the numerical values of paid features and events, and analyzing and summarizing data to optimize design. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 3 years of experience, proficiency in tools like XMind, Axure, Office, and Photoshop, a passion for turn-based combat and innovative character design, and a strong gaming background with card game project experience preferred. The role involves data analysis, numerical design, and optimization for a better user experience.

岗位职责：
1、了解市面上小程序类游戏的数值设计结构
2、完成小程序版本相关系统的数值设计以及配置工作；
3、负责付费、活动等数值的设计以及体验调整，以设计目的为导向提供数值支持；
4、归纳数据进行分析总结，结合不同的设计目的进行调优。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，3年左右相关工作经验；
2、熟练掌握各种相关工具，XMIND、AXURE、OFFICE、ps等；
3、对于回合制战斗有一定热情，喜欢创新角色设计等
4、热爱游戏行业，游戏经验丰富，有卡牌项目经验优先；
