Good to have:
  • Familiarity with Qualcomm Snapdragon technologies.
  • Experience in game publishing.

We are looking for a Manager of Game Studios Relationships and account manager for the Top China Game Studios who will engage directly with our game developer community, build strong relationships, and provide the necessary support to help game developers succeed with Qualcomm and Snapdragon technologies.

Job Description:

As the Manager of Game Studios Relationships for Snapdragon Studios, you will be responsible for fostering and managing relationships with developers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to create cutting-edge games on Snapdragon platforms. You will work closely with internal gaming teams, including product, marketing, engineering, and legal, to deliver results and drive game developer engagement.  Your primary focus will be on game studio business development and helping drive new gaming strategic initiatives with the global gaming ecosystem team.

Responsibilities:

  • The manager of Game Studio Relations is an exciting multi-functional gaming role with many unique opportunities to help lead our game studio strategic planning. This person would be tightly integrated into our Global game team with a strong focus on global gaming strategic partnerships and game product roadmaps.  Drive and own Game Studios new business deals and top publisher game planning in China.
  • Create strategic business development in Game Industry in China for Snapdragon Studios
  • Develop and Integrate at all levels of Game Production within Game Studios from business side to full commercial production pipeline
  • Support new AAA game engagements with Game Studios with Global Gaming Team.
  • Support Game Marketing, event planning, gaming market research across the organization
  • Support Tracking all new games in production per top game studios, 6 months to 2-year lead times
  • Support Game Studios contracts and game marketing initiatives in different regions.

You will work closely with global product, marketing, engineering, and legal teams to deliver results.  The candidate will need to understand the gaming industry, ecosystems, and business models

Required Qualifications:

5+ minimum years of direct experience in game studio development process, software project management, developer relations, partner marketing, business development, or strategic partnerships in the tech industry.

Strong business knowledge of mobile or PC game development, deep connection with top CN game studios is preferred.

Proven experience in leading negotiations, identifying partners, and structuring agreements.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Must be Bilingual (speak both Mandarin and English).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work with large, complex projects and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Qualcomm Snapdragon technologies and products.

Experience in game publishing and working with global game Studios inside China and outside of China.

MS or PhD degree in an engineering or computer science-related field.
