Work Location: Hybrid in Addison, TX - Office days are Tuesday and Wednesday

Work Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Here is what you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Prior relevant experience in a similar role is a must. Experience in a fast-paced marketing or design environment is preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Autonomy & Collaboration: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing project requirements and deadlines.

A Day in the Life of a Production Designer:

  • Provide services and support for the following areas:
    • Ensure marketing materials for our centers are developed, approved, and delivered on time by managing project timelines effectively.

    • Collect all necessary assets required for project completion.

    • Execute light graphic design updates by modifying elements such as logos, text, and colors on templatized documents using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

    • Upload final file types to various platforms, including the e-store where centers can order marketing materials.

    • Maintain file organization and assist in organizing design files to ensure easy access and retrieval.

    • Primarily focus on production tasks while maintaining a good understanding of design principles.
