What You'll Do

Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
Creating timelines and development goals.
Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.

What You Know

Must have 8 years of professional experience.
Candidate needs to be worked in service side.
Salesforce Service Cloud experience is mandatory
Creates APEX, VisualForce, Triggers, WebService, Data Migration and other custom code to support implementation and integration of a complete Salesforce solution.
Working knowledge of CTI, Omni Chat, Einstein bot are preferred
Writes code and develops applications following detailed technical specifications.
Submits code in central repository and writes unit test cases. Github experience is mandatory
Should be able to work on rotating model for weekend pagerduty aka shifts for ops support.
