Summary

This Senior Functional Analyst role requires over a year's experience in incident or evolutionary ticket management. Responsibilities include incident resolution (supported by the development team) and evolutionary requirements (following phases of data gathering, design, IT testing, user testing, and implementation management). The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems, system analysis and design, functional design creation, test case development, and SQL. Advanced or graduating students in Systems Engineering or Computer Science are encouraged to apply. Intermediate-advanced English reading and writing skills are needed. The position is hybrid/remote.

Requisitos:

- Experiencia mayor a un año en gestion de tickets relacionados a incidentes o evolutivos.

- Conocimiento inicial en ServiceNow o en alguna ticketera similar.

- Conocimiento de análisis y diseño de sistemas, elaboración de diseños funcionales y casos de prueba.

- Conocimiento en SQL y ServiceNow.

- Estudiantes avanzados graduados de Ingenieria o Licenciatura en Sistemas
- Inglés intermedio- avanzado en lecto-escritura

Tareas:
- Resolución de Incidentes con soporte del equipo de desarrollo.

- Secundariamente estará a cargo de requerimientos evolutivos siguiendo las fases de relevamiento, diseño, prueba de IT, prueba de usuario, gestion de la implementación.
