Job Summary
Job Description
Senior Legal Counsel responsible for drafting, revising, and reviewing various company contracts; implementing contract management processes; controlling company legal risks; providing legal advice and support on copyright, business, product, and other specialized matters; assisting in handling various disputes, litigation, and other legal affairs; and performing other tasks assigned by superiors and handling daily legal work for the company. The role requires a strong understanding of internet/gaming law and excellent communication skills.
Must have:
- Law degree & Passed Judicial Exam
- 3+ years experience in internet/gaming law
- Strong English communication skills
- Excellent logical reasoning & communication
- Detail-oriented, responsible, & resilient
Good to have:
- English as working language

2.控制公司法律风险，对版权、业务、产品及其他专项事务提供法律建议及支持；
3.协助处理公司各类争议、纠纷、诉讼等法律事务；
4.其他上级交办的事务及公司日常法务工作。
任职要求：
1.法律专业本科及以上学历，并通过司法考试；
2.有3年以上互联网/游戏类公司法务工作经验或律所经验；
3.有较强英语听说能力，英语可做为工作语言者优先；
4.有较强的逻辑思辨能力以及沟通能力；
5.工作细致认真，有高度责任心、抗压力强。
