The Role


Responsibilities:

As a Senior Production Coordinator in our dynamic London Immersive team you'll work directly with Producers, Leads, and Supervisors to manage workflow and meet deadlines for our Development teams. You'll communicate effectively with team members and other departments, addressing issues promptly and ensuring smooth client deliveries. This role will involve liaising with multiple vendors, partners, and clients, working closely with the Framestore Immersive department to achieve successful project milestones.
You'll also:

  • Organise stand-ups, checkins and meetings, taking notes and following up on information as necessary
  • Assist with Sprint planning, Jira updates and task tracking for development across project(s)
  • Data movement of the project reference for artist or developer use.
  • Ensure production and project databases and schedules (Jira, confluence, smartsheets) are kept updated daily with notes and critical information.
  • Oversee the execution of client deliveries, including builds, captures and other deliverables via confluence and uploading latests builds.
  • Have a proven track record of experience in XR or real-time-based projects and be technical, with a good understanding of real-time based project production

  • Assist production and leads with prep for any location based testing, including materials, equipment and logistics

  • Help to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional production office, being pro-active and solution-orientated


Job requirements


Essential Skills:
  • Previous experience in a similar games/real-time project role.
  • Highly organised and detailed
  • First-class time/project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
  • Able to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work within a team towards a common goal
  • Good understanding of games/development production
  • Previous use of Jira and confluence
  • Good understanding of common file formats and resolutions


Desirable Skills:
  • Existing knowledge of Shotgrid
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages (including Word, Excel and Project)
  • Experience in games background, QA testing or similar field
  • An interest in theme park attractions, gaming and Immersive experiences
