The Professional Services organization is focused on delivering Salesforce's world-class product and project offerings to ensure customers are getting the most out of the Salesforce Platform. Salesforce Professional Services is looking for an AI Technical Architect. As an AI Technical Architect, you will be serving as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to the company’s largest, most complex enterprise customers. Here are some salient responsibilities the role entails -
Solution Design: Serve as a trusted advisor to the client to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and challenges, and develop comprehensive AI architecture and solution designs to address their needs.
Technical Leadership: Provide professional guidance and leadership on AI technologies, algorithms, and best practices, helping clients make informed decisions about AI solutions. You will be an expert and lead in the first implementations globally of new products like Agentforce and RAG and future innovations as they are developed.
Salesforce Ecosystem: Have an understanding of Salesforce products and how AI capabilities fit into a given cloud. Understand architectural ramifications and requirements.
Innovation: Within our practice you will be surrounded by the brightest minds in AI and will help shape and contribute to the most leading edge AI thinking. You will be helping to develop Generative AI applications which will power both our future and the future success of our customers.
Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation and deployment of AI solutions, working closely with the Technical Consulting team to ensure adherence to architectural design and industry standards.
Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of client data, identifying patterns, trends, and insights to inform the development of AI models and algorithms.
Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, system designs, and user guides.
Practice Development: Lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the AI practice; serving as an active contributor to the community’s overall knowledge base and expertise. Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI technologies, tools, and methodologies, both inside and outside the company, and proactively suggest innovative solutions and improvements.
Extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Validated experience with Salesforce Predictive AI products such as Einstein Discovery, Einstein Bots, Next Best Action etc
Demonstrable awareness of the capabilities and promise of Agentforce and its role in Salesforce’s transformational vision.
Experience with a multi-cloud implementations, including but not limited to Sales, Service, Marketing & Commerce Clouds
Interest, Educational Background or Delivery Expertise in Generative AI technologies such as Neural Networks, Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases and other associated technologies.
Familiarity with various industries and their specific AI use cases, such as healthcare, finance, e-commerce, or manufacturing.
Strong presentation skills. Able to effectively present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience
A great listener with the ability to communicate with people in diverse roles
Confirmed ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
Resourceful and innovative thinker who can work through and solve problems
TRUST: Trusts the company’s core values; shows integrity, transparency, and reliability
TEAM PLAYER: Proficient at collaboration and working with members of a team
COMMUNICATOR: Speaks and writes with clarity, brevity, and purpose; explains the area of expertise clearly and confidently to others; influences and engages C-Level with authority and confidence
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline. Equivalent demonstrable work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various levels within a large organization
Application design and development background
LEADERSHIP: Self-aware; proficient at building strong relationships
THOUGHT LEADER: Strong point of view and executive presence. Confident, but not arrogant, a great storyteller
