Job Description

The Service Advisor IB售後服務顧問(台中) position at Tesla Taiwan requires addressing customer concerns with utmost attention, determining if technical solutions are resolvable over the phone, and escalating issues to the Shop Foreman/Service Manager. Accurate record-keeping in the management system is crucial, along with conducting transactions, guiding customers through corrections, and providing summaries. The role involves communicating estimated completion times, providing regular updates, coordinating vehicle details before delivery, arranging delivery/pickup times, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting customers at the service center, providing solutions, assisting with insurance claims and vehicle appraisals, managing repairs, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality control. Collaboration with the technician team to provide excellent service and coordinating repair times with customers is key.

What to Expect
Responsibilities:
• To address any customer concern with the highest level of response and attention.
• Determine if technical solution can be resolved over the phone; escalate immediately to Shop Foreman / Service Manager to provide immediate attention.
• Accurately record issues and data into Management System.
• Conduct Transactions with system; walk customer through correction and provide summary.
• Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle.
• Coordinate the detail of every vehicle prior to delivery.
• Coordinate the delivery time or pick up with each customer.
• Follow up with Customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed.

  • 與廠內團隊議定維修時間,通知及與顧客講解維修情況
  • 與顧客聯繫並安排車輛交還時間
  • 跟進顧客並了解車輛維修後的情況,以定確保客戶滿意維修保養服務
