Job Description

This Service Technician Apprenticeship in Roermond offers on-the-job training and development opportunities within a progressive global brand. The apprentice will learn and perform various tasks under the supervision of experienced technicians, including tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replenishments, door handle repairs (Tesla-specific), wiper blade replacements, 4-wheel alignments, drive unit replacements (Tesla-specific), basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and tool operation. The role requires a strong team mentality, positive attitude, excellent communication skills (C1 English), basic computer skills, and a driver's license is preferred. The program combines structured training with hands-on experience.

C1 English (spoken and written)
Excellent communication and ability to follow instructions
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Driver's license (preferred)

In this position, you will get the opportunity to develop your technical skills via a combination of exciting training programs and an ongoing training on the job, provided by a Senior Technician.

What You’ll Do

Tyre changes
Wheel swaps
Fluid replenishments
Door handles (this is a Tesla specific repair, it is good to know how this is performed)
Wiper blade replacements
4 Wheel alignment (understanding to know-how and all basics that involves aligning a vehicle)
Drive unit replacements (this is a Tesla specific repair, it is good to know how this is performed)
Basic diagnostics
Body adjustments
Operate a variety of hand, power and shop tools
Perform equipment inspections and calibrations

Every task will be done with the supervision of more experienced technicians.

What You’ll Bring

Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
Positive, enthusiastic and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
Level C1 in English spoken and written
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
Driver’s license with a safe driving record preferred
Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
