A career in Finance, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to help PwC in all aspects of our Finance internal function including financial planning and reporting, data analysis, and assisting leadership with overall strategy. The Managed Services Business Partner will play a pivotal role in overseeing the management reporting, pricing, costing, and monitoring of business performance related to our managed services business. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record in driving business performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Management Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive management reports that provide insights into business performance, operational efficiency, and financial health. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and actionable.
Service Level Agreements Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and provide deliverables in line with requirements in the service level agreements.
Pricing Strategy: Analyse market trends, competitive pricing, and cost structures to develop and implement effective pricing strategies for managed services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing aligns with business goals and client expectations.
Costing Analysis: Conduct detailed costing analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various business decisions. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize resource allocation.
Business Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and assess business performance metrics. Identify areas for improvement and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and drive operational excellence.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and sales, to align business strategies and ensure cohesive execution of managed services initiatives.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Professional Qualifications in Accounting.
Minimum 10 years in a finance business partner role or similar capacity.
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a must including to perform lookups, pivot tables, formulas and macros.
Working experience in ERP (Oracle) preferred.
Attention to details and possess the ability to organize and analyse large amount of data.
Proven communication skills both written and oral and the ability to interact with all levels of staff/management.
