Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Storyboard Artist with a passion for visual storytelling and an interest in cutting-edge technology to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed storyboards for our innovative drone light shows, translating concepts into visual sequences that guide the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Development:

- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, target audience, and desired visual style.

- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for drone light show sequences.

Storyboard Creation:

- Create detailed storyboards that illustrate the visual flow and sequence of the drone light show.

- Visualize complex movements and formations of drones to effectively convey the narrative.

- Ensure storyboards align with technical capabilities and constraints of drone technology.

Research and Innovation:

- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in drone light shows and visual storytelling.

- Experiment with new techniques and styles to push the creative boundaries of our shows.

Revisions and Finalization:

- Revise storyboards based on feedback from the creative director and other stakeholders.

- Finalize storyboards for use in production, ensuring all elements are clear and precise.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a storyboard artist, preferably in animation, film, or live events.

- Experience with drone light shows or similar visual spectacles is a plus.

Skills:

- Strong drawing and illustration skills, with a keen eye for detail and visual composition.

- Proficiency in storyboard software (e.g., Storyboard Pro, Photoshop) and digital illustration tools.

- Understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling techniques.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
