A career in clients and markets will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm.Primary duties and responsibilities Account Strategic Management • Coordinate integrated account planning efforts to support partners in maximizing client revenues, engagement, and satisfaction. • Design an account performance management framework to closely monitor account performance. • Manage leadership updates on the account's development strategies and milestones. • Orchestrate strategic updates through regular account calls to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Account Governance and Operating Model • Design and suggest updates when needed to the account governance. • Optimize and suggest upgrades as needed to the structure and operational processes of the account support team. • Ensure adherence to the modus operandi to streamline the operations of the account support team. • Orchestrate the process of performance management for Client Service Officers (CSOs). Positioning and Marketing • Pilot new offerings and initiatives to expand the firms' service portfolio to the client. • Drive and facilitate leadership visits to strengthen client relationships and strategic positioning. • Manage joint client events and foster collaborative initiatives that amplify our market presence. • Oversee targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach. • Manage the account's internal and external communications to maintain a coordinated and transparent messaging across. • Design and implement crisis management protocols to safeguard the firm's market reputation. Thought Leadership • Work closely with leadership to articulate the thought leadership agenda in line with global and Middle East marketing efforts. • Ensure the development of joint publications and thought leadership initiatives with the client. White Spaces and Investments • Work closely with leadership to articulate and prioritize "push" and "pull" topics that will guide our account development strategies and effectively tap into identified white spaces. • Sense and extract insights from Client Service Officers (CSOs) and Line of Service (LoS) to guide informed investment decisions. • Develop Middle East Leadership Team (MELT) presentations, as needed, to facilitate decision making and ensure alignment with account strategic goals. • Facilitate strategic activation measures to assure successful penetration within identified white spaces. 3 of 4 Account Team Building • Design and ensure successful delivery of the training programs to ramp-up / enhance the skills and capabilities of delivery teams. • Drive and ensure successful execution of key events to hype enthusiasm around client service & excellence. • Develop playbooks and incentive measures to support and motivate the delivery teams. Account De-risking • Conduct regular risk assessments to flag any potential threats to client relationships. • Design and ensure the implementation of de-risking measures to mitigate identified risks. • Work closely with the dedicated risk committee to deploy crisis management protocols, when needed. Localization Agenda • Oversee the planning, design, development, and activation of our local office / experience center in line with our strategic objectives and targets. • Develop localization plans and incentive packages to encourage local presence and relocation. • Support recruiting efforts to expand the local team headcount and bolster on-ground presence. • Coordinate local office operationalization with the operations team to ensure efficient operations and enable delivery teams. Master Frame Agreements • Lead the development of strategic proposals to expand client service, ensuring adherence to proposal guidelines, requirements, and timely submissions. • Develop compelling case studies to support the delivery team in strategic and emerging topics. • Devise and oversee the implementation of a robust monitoring system to track the status of proposals, projects, and agreements. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage and optimize these agreements. Alliances and Partnerships • Develop partnership strategies and identify partnership opportunities that align with the firm's strategic goals. • Support the senior leadership team in pursuing and securing these partnership opportunities. Value Capture and Reporting • Provide strategic support and allocate resources for value-driven initiatives and strategic dossiers. • Gather and provide key inputs for delivery teams to boost client success. • Support delivery team in designing frameworks to ensure effective delivery of value-driven projects. • Design, implement, and update the value measurement and reporting processes to track and communicate the firm's impact.
