About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Fortis Games, you’ll work closely with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process. You’ll partner with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to enhance the candidate experience and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships through effective communication and meticulous attention to detail.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, coordinating across time zones globally and managing any changes efficiently
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Prepare, review, and send employment contracts, ensuring all details are accurate and compliant with company policies
  • Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly, utilizing your problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices, providing feedback and suggestions for enhancements.
  • Participate in or lead special projects and initiatives related to recruitment and talent acquisition as needed.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • Experience in project or scheduling coordination or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail; fluency in professional English required
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions promptly.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience in adapting to a rapidly changing environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong focus on delivering a positive candidate or customer experience and meeting the needs of internal stakeholders.
  • Interest in recruiting and/or gaming a plus!
