Responsibilities include handling cash accurately, collaborating with colleagues, adapting to various shifts, and continuously improving skills. No prior experience is necessary; full training is provided. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has excellent numerical and communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Age {AGE} or older, right to work in UK
  • Excellent numerical skills, quick mental calculations
  • Strong communication, customer service skills
  • Flexible hours, detail-oriented, team player
Good to have:
  • Previous customer service/hospitality experience

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee Dealer to join our team in Manchester, United Kingdom. As a Trainee Dealer, you'll embark on an exciting journey in the casino industry, learning the ins and outs of dealing various casino games while providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment.

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to learn casino game rules and dealing techniques
  • Assist in conducting various casino games, including blackjack, roulette, and poker
  • Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and casino policies
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to casino patrons
  • Maintain a clean and organized gaming area
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for guests
  • Handle chips and cash accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor gaming activities to prevent cheating and maintain game integrity
  • Adapt to different shifts and working hours as required by the casino's schedule
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge of casino operations

Qualifications

  • Must be {AGE} or older and have the right to work in the UK

  • Excellent numerical skills with the ability to perform quick mental calculations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Quick learner with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to maintain composure and work effectively under pressure
  • Team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the casino industry
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
  • No prior dealing experience required – full training will be provided
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and have good hand dexterity
  • Willingness to undergo any required background checks or licensing procedures
