About The treasury department at ByteDance covers Dept & Capital Management, Foreign Exchange Management, Cash Positioning & Investment, Treasury Systems & Technology, and Global Cash Flow Management. About the role We are seeking a Treasury Strategy & Planning Leader to be responsible for treasury quality, process management and policy making for ByteDance group. Also, this role will be in charge of critical strategic work, including treasury strategy development, planning and analysis. Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute treasury strategies and policies that are consistent with the company's global business goals. Coordinate and collaborate with relevant functions to closely track and evaluate the execution of strategies. Make adjustments and optimizations in terms of market development and the business needs to ensure work excellence. 2. Monitor industry dynamics as well as research industry and market-related trends to provide professional advice for important business decision making. Comply with global financial regulations and policies and implement the required reporting accordingly 3. Forecast capital demand and monitor capital flows on capital structure optimization and cost reduction to ensure the adequacy and liquidity of the company's capital 4. Conduct in-depth analysis of treasury related data to optimize the process and improve work efficiency/accuracy 5. Explore and introduce new financial tools and technologies to enhance the innovation of treasury management 6. Be a reliable leader to mentor and guide the team in an effort to drive business practice with high quality

Minimum Qualifications 1. 5 years of experience in treasury management with headquarters in large multinational corporations 2. Familiar with the global operations, policies and procedures of banking and financial institutions and deep expertise in domestic and cross-border fund management, as well as relevant financial regulations and international practices 3. Skillful at corporate financial analysis and capable of forecasting the development trend of capital market 4. Experience in global treasury team management with the capability to lead the team in strategic planning 5. Proficient ability to work collaboratively and professionally across departments, Geos and supervisory levels Preferred Qualifications 1. MBA degree, or CFA, CPA, CA, ACCA certification is a plus. 2.
