A career within Operations Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients optimise all elements of their operations to move beyond the role of a cost effective business enabler and become a source of competitive advantages. We focus on capital asset programmes to drive both growth and profitability.As a Senior Associate, you'll work as Business Analyst, mainly collecting "business needs" in the Capital Markets industry, supporting the customer on functional issues, acting as an interface towards the development team and supporting the user in the UAT phase.
The profile is completed by:

Communication: must have excellent communication skills, both with the team and with clients, knowing how to communicate effectively
Stress Management: Must be able to work under pressure maintaining a clear and goal-oriented vision
Change Management: Must be able to manage and lead change within the organization, adapting to new needs
Resource management and coordination: must have skills in management of resources, and able to manage both the budget and the project

Basic knowledge of PL-SQL on Oracle db
