What You'll Do 

As a User Researcher, you'll conduct user interviews, analyze data, derive insights, and scope project needs for product development. This mid-level role requires a deep understanding of user-centered research methodologies and the ability to translate findings into actionable design recommendations. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Conducting user interviews to gather qualitative data 
  • Analyzing data to identify patterns and derive actionable insights 
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project scope and user needs 
  • Translating research findings into clear and impactful design recommendations 
  • Presenting research insights to clients and internal teams to inform design decisions 

What You're Like 

We are looking for someone who is autonomous in handling research-related projects, thrives on uncovering user needs, and is eager to grow their abilities and knowledge. You have a passion for understanding user behavior and translating insights into design improvements. You are skilled in both analytical and creative thinking, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and can advocate for user needs effectively. 

  

What we'd love to see  

  • At least 4+ years of experience working as a Visual Designer or Branding Designer  
  • Professional proficiency in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus). 
  • A portfolio showcasing your research skills, with case studies highlighting your thought process and the impact of your findings. 
  • Face-to-face client interaction experience. 
  • An understanding of cross-cultural differences in communication and language. 
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a creative and adaptative. 
  • The ability to defend your views with conviction and adapt gracefully when new information arises.
