We are looking for a strategic, “full-stack”, experience designer with a diverse set of design skills and experience with stakeholder management. They must be very familiar with design thinking methods and how to use these methods to tell a story, not just execute on requirements. They will take an active and inquisitive approach, working with product and engineering teams to deliver on objectives and outcomes, setting a high bar, and enabling exceptional results
Qualifications
- Salesforce experience, or experience designing in third-party technologies
- Familiarity with Figma and Mural
- Experienced storyteller and conceptor with experience working in a diverse environment to develop concepts that deliver our results
- Not just UX design skills but the ability to implement strategic and conceptual thinking
- High-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker
- Familiarity with planning, executing, and consuming different research methods, including interviewing, contextual inquiry, usability testing, sometimes in partnership with a UX Research partner.
- You can visualize and prototype intended solutions at several levels of fidelity, from high-level wireframes or mock-ups to conceptual presentations to technical documents and diagrams
Responsibilities
- Develop a clear understanding of our users, the business, and objectives
- Support user and market research from planning through analysis of findings
- Participate in concepting, ideation, and the planning of digital experiences, striking a balance between established paradigms and innovative approaches
- Lead the development of personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Help to plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, and co-creation workshops
- Take an exploratory approach, considering the full range of opportunities across content, interaction, and third-party technologies
- Help develop product roadmaps and scope definition balancing feasibility, viability, desirability, and what is possible within time and budget constraints
