Job Description

Playrix is seeking a 3D Senior Unity Motion Designer to create trending creatives for their popular game Township. This role involves creating high-quality gameplay videos, leading initiatives to improve video production quality and efficiency, participating in brainstorming sessions for new ideas, and collaborating with the marketing team to analyze video performance and global trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of game videos, experience in creating videos from scratch, and advanced proficiency in Unity, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, VFX, simulations, and auxiliary programs.

Must have:

Portfolio of game videos
Experience creating videos from scratch
Advanced Unity proficiency
Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere mastery
VFX, simulation experience
Auxiliary program expertise
Reference adaptation skills

Good to have:

Lead experience
Modeling, texturing, rigging, animation experience

The Marketing team at Playrix is one of the strongest in the world, not only in the gaming field, but also in the performance marketing industry as a whole. We operate at an impressive volume – in 2023, we showed our videos more than 80 billion times.

We're looking for a 3D Senior Unity Motion Designer for creating trending creatives for our popular game Township. You'll get to work alongside talented specialists to bring your ideas to life.

Tasks

Create high-quality gameplay videos Lead initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of video production Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas Interact with the marketing team to evaluate the success of videos and analyze global trends

Requirements

ul>

Portfolio of videos for games

Experience in creating videos yourself from scratch

Extensive experience working with composition, a sense of artistic taste, control of tempo-rhythm, sequence of actions, and viewer attention

Advanced proficiency in Unity, skills with other 3D tools

Advanced proficiency in Adobe tools – After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere

Experience with VFX (particle systems, physics, shaders) and creating simulations (liquids, bulk materials)

Ability to work with auxiliary programs, plugins, and scripts. The desire to optimize work with the help of such programs

The ability to work with references: search, adaptation, strengthening of key features/accents.

It will be a plus if you have experience working as a Lead and experience modeling, texturing, rigging, animation
