Job Description & Summary

In our Integrated Compliance and Reporting team, we combine our expertise in compliance and reporting to help businesses navigate the complex regulatory landscape and achieve sustainable success. We are a dynamic group of professionals who are dedicated to delivering excellence in the fields of regulatory compliance and financial reporting. We work closely with our clients to ensure they meet their compliance obligations while effectively managing risk and enhancing transparency.

Your Impact

• Process and supervise accounting mandates for our national and international clients (preparation of annual accounts, monthly reporting, VAT statements, conversion of standards, supervision of the accounting work of members of the team, complete accounting management, various administrative work related to the position, etc.).
• Understand the demands of our customers and offer them pragmatic solutions.
• Coach, support and help develop less experienced team members.
• Understand customer needs and can offer them solutions based on ABACUS business management software.
• In charge of developing a customer portfolio, identifying new opportunities and contributing to the expansion of the team.
• Manage complex and innovative projects and evolve with autonomy in a flexible environment.
• Lead and manage the accounting team with the unit responsible

Your Skill Set

• At least 8-10 years of experience in the field of accounting in Switzerland, ideally in a fiduciary or in an international company, and comfortable with IT tools.
• Ideally certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling or in training to obtain it or an equivalent higher diploma.
• Familiar with international accounting standards, IFRS, US GAAP and Swiss GAAP FER and have already worked for companies applying one of these standards.
• Familiar with the ABACUS software package and/or other accounting programs.
• Speak and write French and English fluently. Fluency in German would be a plus.
• Business development skills, rigorous, organized, you enjoy working in a team. Dynamic, proactiv, you have a keen sense of priorities and like being responsible for diversified tasks and several clients in parallel.
• Flexible and ready to travel in Romandie
