Do you have experience building and developing strong teams of Analysts and Data Scientists?

Come join us! We’re looking for an Analytics Director to join the Ads team in Candy Crush Saga.

You will lead through example ensuring best practice, continuous curiosity and personal development across the analytics craft. Through building strong relationships (with other leaders) and working collaboratively, you’ll ensure the team provides actionable insights that allow analytics informed decisions. 

You’ll also be responsible for the analytical experimentation loop ensuring we continuously learn and that recommendations are actioned. We’ll rely on you to define and ensure a consistent approach to reporting both for business performance and strategic progress. This should provide the teams with a true understanding of what is driving our business that can be relied on.

Your role within our Kingdom

• Develop our analysts by setting them up for success 

  • Provide analysts opportunities to grow their skills and careers in King and help to foster their professional development

  • Make sure everyone’s potential is utilized and mapped it to the right opportunities so that overall impact of the business and growth potential of our people is maximized

• Help guide and contribute to work as a senior craft representative

  • Provide active analytical input to product work streams in the area (and hands-on contribution as needed)

  • Push for application of more advanced analysis methods and frameworks where applicable

  • Identify opportunities to make the product better and collaborate with product managers to drive towards execution, while making well rounded decisions about short and long term product impact

  • Own and drive analytics agenda/projects and make sure needs are incorporated into development roadmaps

• Experimentation loop, business performance & strategy

  • Define best practices, templates and overall process for how to go from idea to insight generation and action for experiments

  • Work together with User Research and other relevant crafts to make sure we have a robust way to store and apply insights

  • Own the process and format for business performance and experimentation reporting
