What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the owner of the visual style of the internet’s most beautiful web for the biggest brands in the world.
- Helping push forward the creative director’s vision into reality whilst guiding some of the most talented realtime artists in the planet.
- Craft briefings and help the art and experience team bring worlds to life.
- Planning production in collaboration with the creative producer and other relevant stakeholders
- Creating benchmarks to define the expected level of visual quality in the experience in collaboration with the lead agency (technical limitations, scales, narrative content, compositions).
- Conveying expectations in terms of quality and content (settings, environments, characters) to the Unreal team using relevant visual references, briefings, even user experience breakdowns and interactions.
- Monitoring and approving work done by the Unreal Art team and successfully supervising that the execution meets the highest visual standards in the industry.
- Interpreting and proposing clients with new and original ideas, worlds, and imaginary design solutions.
- A hands-on approach to helping the team is necessary. You lead by example.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Several years experience in a similar role
- 3D experience (c4d, 3dmax, Blender, Houdini, unreal, unity) 2D (Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut, Premiere) - for building style frames, edit videos (early sketches in 3d program and/or digital paintings) to illustrate stunning, surprising and desirable 3d worlds and to come up with realistic solutions.
- Unreal experience is a big plus.You lead better by example and you will need to open unreal to shape things when necessary and teach the team how to improve their skills.
- AI Generative skills - you know how to get the image that you want.
- A stellar portfolio - please show us what you can do!
- Experience managing large projects with remote stakeholders
- Highly adaptable, flexible and goal-oriented
- Fluent English speaker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
