DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Responsible for day-to-day merchandising activities within eShop such as content placement on Featured section.
Analyzes and optimizes placement of content to meet KPI goals.
Measures and reports to internal business stakeholders on merchandising effectiveness through customer traffic, online customer behavior, and purchase data to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements to achieve goals.
Supports ecommerce promotion initiatives from execution through post-promotion analysis.
Solicits and coordinates marketing content with appropriate internal and external partners.
Supports planning and execution of ecommerce initiatives with multi-channel strategies.
Partners with related teams to ensure marketing communications are aligned with desired results.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of site merchandising experience in marketing, preferably online business – including experience with analytics and hands-on experience of A/B testing.
Experience and demonstrated understanding of digital marketing and related technologies.
Understanding of a variety of concepts, and practices within internet technology.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of Nintendo, video games, and the video game industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven organization.
Detail and quality orientation required.
Requires basic knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within a job family; has exposure to current practices and procedures through coursework or internship.

Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base pay range of $32.45 - $51.92 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
