A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Solutions Designer to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to comprehend client requirements, develop tailored learning solutions to address those needs, and craft compelling proposals that demonstrate our capacity to exceed client expectations. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning journey for our clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and maximizing impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client needs and objectives from account managers to inform the design of customized learning solutions.
Develop innovative and effective learning solutions, methodologies, and approaches tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to plan engaging learning experiences.
Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions.
Prepare detailed proposals and presentations that articulate the value proposition and competitive advantage of our learning solutions.
Cultivate strong client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning solutions and processes through feedback and innovative ideas.
Maintain documentation and records related to proposal deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure the solutions are visually appealing and convey information through a compelling storyline
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, L&D or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in designing and delivering learning solutions, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, proposal design and elements, and learning technologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in copywriting, design and formatting is required
Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in learning and development.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to evolving client needs and project requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic is a must.
