Job Description

The BEM Advisor at Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg will manage the entire employee assistance program (BEM) process, conducting meetings, developing action plans, and maintaining records. They will be the primary contact for employees needing support, advising employees and managers on BEM matters, coordinating rehabilitation efforts, and collaborating with internal teams (HR, Health) and external partners (insurance providers, etc.). This role involves developing and delivering BEM training to management and analyzing data to identify trends. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in health or social sciences, BEM experience, knowledge of labor law, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in German and English.

Must have:

Completed studies in health/social sciences or equivalent experience
Experience in occupational health management
Knowledge of social and labor law
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in German and English

Als BEM Advisor bist du Teil unseres Inclusion & BEM Teams. Unser Team vereint dabei verschiedene Kompetenzen, um die Gesundheit unserer Mitarbeiter*innen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Health Team in der Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg zu unterstützen. Wir sind Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen, Führungskräfte sowie das HR-Team und den Betriebsrat. Als BEM Advisor bist du für den gesamten BEM-Prozess zuständig und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere erkrankten Mitarbeiter*innen im Prozess der Wiedereingliederung zu begleiten.

What You’ll Do

Umsetzung des gesamten BEM-Prozesses, einschließlich der Durchführung der BEM-Gespräche, Erstellung von Maßnahmeplänen und der Pflege der BEM-Akten
Vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für unsere Mitarbeiter*innen bei der Durchführung von Gesprächen
Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeiter*innen und Führungskräften in allen Fragen rund um das Betriebliche Eingliederungsmanagement
Entwicklung und Koordinierung von individuellen und zielführenden Maßnahmen zur Wiedereingliederung unserer erkrankten Mitarbeiter*innen und Prüfung alternativer Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Health-Team, dem HR-Team, den Fachbereichen und externen Partnern (z.B. Rehabilitationsträger, Berufsgenossenschaft, Krankenkasse, Integrationsfachdienst etc.)
Sammeln und Aufbereiten von Daten und Berichten im Hinblick auf die Analyse von Trends
Aufbau und Durchführung von Schulungen und Workshops zur Vermittlung von Basiswissen zum Thema BEM an Führungskräfte

What You’ll Bring

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Gesundheits - oder Sozialwissenschaften mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
Berufserfahrung im betrieblichen Eingliederungsmanagement
Kenntnisse im Sozial- und Arbeitsrecht, idealerweise Zusatzqualifikation als CDMP
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Ziel- und dienstleistungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
Sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen, Gesprächskompetenz, Empathie sowie Konflikt- und Kontaktfähigkeit
Sicheres, professionelles und kundenorientiertes Auftreten, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
