Job Description

Tesla is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice in Aarhus, Denmark. This apprenticeship will provide hands-on training and development in various automotive service areas, including tire changes, wheel swaps, fluid replacements, door handle repairs (Tesla-specific), wiper blade replacements, 4-wheel alignment basics, drive unit replacements (Tesla-specific), basic diagnostics, body adjustments, and tool operation. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong team mentality, positive attitude, fluency in English, excellent communication, and basic computer skills. The role involves working closely with a Service Supervisor/Manager to learn and develop technical skills through both formal training programs and on-the-job experience.

In this position, you will get the opportunity to develop your technical skills via a combination of exciting training programs and an ongoing training on the job, provided by a Service Supervisor/ Service Manager.

What You’ll Do

Tyre changes
Wheel swaps
Fluid replacements
Door handles (Tesla specific repair)
Wiper blade replacements
4 Wheel alignment (understanding know-how and all basics that involves aligning a vehicle)
Drive unit replacements (Tesla specific repair)
Basic diagnostics
Body adjustments
Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools
Perform equipment inspections and calibrations

What You’ll Bring

Strong sense of team mentality and reliability
Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry
Fluency in English is required
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructions as required
Ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
Basic Computer skills (excel, word, outlook, web)
