Job Role: Creative Director


You should apply if you have:

  • A deep understanding of content, design, creative & brand marketing.
  • Have a demonstrable track record of bringing positive impact in your previous organizations.
  • Substantial background in leading design & content creation teams.
  • Have been working in a growth leadership role with a large D2C brand or a marketplace.
  • A passion for building and scaling consumer brands.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit.


You should not apply if you:

  • Can’t work in a process driven environment.
  • Can’t build processes or structures.
  • Prefer to work in silo as an individual contributor.
  • Are not passionate about the health and nutrition industry.
  • Have less than 6-7 years of work experience.
  • Have not managed teams before.
  • Have not worked directly with a large consumer brand before.
  • Don't enjoy a hands-on approach and prefer a purely delegative leadership style.


Skills Required:

  • Ability to lead & mentor creative teams including static & motion design, social media content creation.
  • Ability to improve creative efficiency using AI
  • Ability to generate original ideas and inspire creativity within the team.
  • Strong understanding of visual aesthetics and design principles.
  • Proven leadership skills to guide and motivate creative teams.
  • Ability to create and maintain a consistent brand identity across various platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).


What will you do?

  • Develop and Champion the Creative Vision: Define the brand's overall creative direction, ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with business goals. Think big picture, translate strategy into compelling visuals and narratives, and set the tone for all creative endeavors.
  • Lead and Inspire Creative Powerhouse: Supervise and mentor a diverse team of designers, animators, copywriters, and social media specialists. Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Visual Excellence: Oversee the creation of high-quality static design assets across the customer journey, including product pages, marketing materials, email campaigns, and user interface elements.
  • Master of Motion: Guide the development of engaging motion graphics and animation to enhance the user experience, highlight product features, and elevate brand storytelling.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop compelling brand messaging and content strategies across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
  • Content Catalyst: Lead the creation of high-quality and engaging content (written, video, etc.) that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and use insights to continuously refine creative direction and optimize content for maximum impact.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a keen eye on industry trends, design innovations, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and ensure the brand's creative edge.
  • Bridge the Gap: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure seamless integration of creative assets and campaigns.


Work Experience: 7-12 years


Working days: Monday - Friday


Location: Golf Course Road, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
