What You’ll Do:

    • Develop and articulate a clear creative vision that aligns with the company’s brand and business objectives
    • Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative concepts for a wide range of media channels and advertising including branding, TV, social, digital, print, OOH, and more
    • Responsible for leading an internal team of designers and freelancers and collaborating cross-functionally across the company to develop world-class brand creative work that aligns with the company’s strategic and business goals
    • Lead by example as a hands-on creator, actively involved in concepting, crafting, and delivering innovative creative work while mentoring and inspiring their team.
    • Ensure the brand's visual and verbal identity is consistent and compelling across all touchpoints.
    • Continuously evolve the brand’s look and feel to stay relevant and competitive.
    • Oversee multiple creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure that creative outputs meet business goals and resonate with the target audience
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts. Introduce new ideas and innovative approaches to keep the brand fresh and engaging
    • Maintain high standards of creative excellence, ensuring all outputs meet the company’s quality expectations and brand guidelines.

What You’ll Bring

    • Creative strategy – connect consumer insights through the necessary mediums to win consumers’ hearts and minds
    • Creative Direction - provide compelling, insightful, and clear feedback to teams
    • Concept Development - drive innovative ideas and emotionally resonant communications to achieve positive business outcomes
    • Leadership skills – must be exceptionally skilled in leadership and organization, directing teams to work together for a common goal and cultivating a culture of creativity and innovation within the team
    • Understanding of customer experience – intimately familiar with the customer experience and understand what makes a customer tick
    • Staying current on trends and culture– have in-depth knowledge of current trends and culture
The annual base salary range for this position is $55,000—$216,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
