DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Provide reception of Nintendo employees, contractors, and visitors to maintain C-TPAT compliance and security procedures.

  • Maintains and reports daily and weekly visitor logs for C-TPAT compliance.

  • Verifies badges and entry/exit access documents of Nintendo employees, contractors, and visitors.

  • Directs emergency response vehicles and personnel as necessary.

  • Communicates effectively with appropriate personnel when schedule deviates from original plans.

  • Regular, timely, and predictable attendance.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • Knowledge of security and public safety procedures and protocols.

  • Experience or the ability to train in the proper load/unload procedures in Receiving/Shipping areas.

  • Ability to perform work on PC, knowledge of IBM iSeries and Oracle EBS systems, scanner, and handheld computer terminals.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

  • Requires developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience.

  • Requires developed skills to perform day-to-day activities.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role

This position is onsite in Redmond, WA, and not open to remote status at this time.

This position includes a base pay range of $19.95 - $27.88 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
