Job Description

As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you'll be the face of the brand, engaging with potential customers, capturing leads, and guiding them through a seamless sales journey. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with vehicle delivery (including product orientation and document verification), conducting pre-delivery inspections, addressing post-sale inquiries, and liaising with the delivery team. You'll need excellent interpersonal skills, strong product knowledge (Tesla vehicles, solar, energy solutions), and the ability to communicate effectively. The role requires strong organizational skills and flexibility to work weekends/evenings. The goal is to create meaningful connections, drive sales growth, and contribute to Tesla's mission of sustainable energy.

As a Sales Customer Experience Specialist at Tesla, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for engaging with potential customers, capturing leads, and guiding them through a seamless sales journey. As a crucial member of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our business by creating meaningful connections and driving sales growth through effective lead generation strategies. 

You are driven by the mission of Tesla to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You are part of a larger sales and delivery team who works closely and flexibly on all tasks. You are expected to cooperate frequently and display a one-team mentality to achieve sales and delivery targets.  

What You’ll Do
  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, providing a positive and memorable first impression 
  • Assist with the delivery process, including showing customers to their vehicle and providing a final check-out experience 
  • Provide customers with a product orientation, highlighting key features and providing guidance on how to operate the vehicle and use its various features ahead of driving away in their new car 
  • Verify and confirm all required documents are present and in order prior to delivery 
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure each vehicle meets Tesla's high standards for quality 
  • Act as a point of contact for post-sale inquiries, providing assistance and support as required 
  • Liaise with the delivery team, ensuring that customers are kept up-to-date on their vehicle's progress and receive regular updates on delivery timelines 
What You’ll Bring
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage with customers 
  • Strong knowledge of Tesla's products, including vehicles, solar panels, and energy storage solutions 
  • Ability to communicate information in an easy-to-understand manner 
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required 
  • Fluent in English and in local language

Principali responsabilità 


  • Accogliere e dare il benvenuto alla clientela che visita il punto vendita o partecipa ad eventi in modo da identificare potenziali opportunitá, creando una base di potenziali clienti attraverso l’interazione e la raccolta di dati 

  • Fornire un servizio clienti eccezionale, comprendendo le esigenze dei clienti, rispondendo alle loro domande ed obiezioni, nonché proponendo l‘acquisto a potenziali contatti durante l'esperienza di test drive, garantendo un'esperienza positiva e memorabile.  

  • Eseguire strategie di successo per l‘acquisizione di contatti durante gli eventi, garantendo il massimo coinvolgimento e l‘opportunità di tradurre i contatti in clienti.  

  • Gestire e organizzare in modo efficiente i dati relativi ai contatti acquisiti, mantenendo l'accuratezza e la completezza nei sistemi CRM. Aggiornare regolarmente i profili dei clienti con le informazioni pertinenti ottenute durante le interazioni. 

  • Creare valore per i clienti, comprendendo le loro esigenze, presentando i nostri veicoli e comunicando in modo efficace la proposta di valore per favorire le vendite. 

  • Collaborare con i team vendite ed altri dipartimenti competenti per allineare le strategie , condividere approfondimenti e contribuire al miglioramento complessivo nella creazione di opportunitá di vendita, nei processi di vendita e nella proposta di valore legata al prodotto. 

  • Mantenere sempre un atteggiamento positivo e professionale, fornendo un'eccellente esperienza al cliente che riflette i valori di Tesla. 

 

 

Requisiti 

  • Avere eccellenti competenze relazionali con una naturale capacità di stabilire relazioni e interagire con i clienti. 

  • Avere una profonda conoscenza dei prodotti Tesla, inclusi veicoli, pannelli solari e soluzioni di stoccaggio energetico. 

  • Avere la capacità di comunicare informazioni in modo facile da comprendere. 

  • Avere un comprovato track record nell'offrire eccellenti esperienze ai clienti. 

  • Avere forti competenze organizzative, con la capacità di gestire molteplici priorità in un ambiente ad alto ritmo. 

  • Essere flessibili e disponibili a lavorare nei fine settimana e di sera, secondo necessità. 

  • Essere appassionati della missione di Tesla di accelerare la transizione globale verso l'energia sostenibile.
