The Customer Marketing Manager, Campaign Optimization will focus on optimizing cross-sell, upsell, and migration campaigns for effectiveness. The role requires partnering with various teams to refine campaign content, targeting, and post-conversion engagement strategies. It also includes ensuring inside sales teams are equipped with the necessary tools and insights. Furthermore, this role will drive activation optimization for marketing automation and sales engagement tools, maximizing campaign performance and sales effectiveness. The role is also responsible for developing an inbound marketing strategy for existing customers and leveraging customer information channels to position Vertex solutions. The role will also be responsible for analyzing campaign effectiveness and providing recommendations for optimization.
