THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly motivated Data Quality Engineer with a good analytical mindset to join our data team. The role will support Data Engineering and BI teams in troubleshooting data issues in ETL pipelines and Reports.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems.
• Evaluate large datasets for quality and accuracy.
• Work with the Data Engineering and BI team to correct data quality errors.
• Track, monitor, and document testing results.
• Research and determine test scope and verification process for new features/dashboards.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science and Information Systems, Database Management, Big Data, Data Engineering.
• 1+ years in Software Quality Assurance or data analytics.
• 1+ years of experience with writing complex SQL queries and Python.
• 1+ years of experience working with large data sources.
• Understanding of ETL methodologies, Data Warehousing concepts and cloud technologies.
