· In this challenging environment, you’ll be able to think on your feet, prioritise your workload and have the flexibility to move from one job to another within your shift, managing your time effectively.
· As well as the ability to carry out planned maintenance tasks and continuous improvement activities to a high level of quality, you will complete projects that include MIG, TIG & ARC welding, while also working on preventative die and tool maintenance.
· As part of a hard-working and close-knit team, you will take great responsibility for the part we play in successfully delivering projects. You will be expected to communicate with all members of the team and across departments to support cross-functionality, while also demonstrating a good attitude when it comes to learning different processes and procedures.
· With a passion for developing your personal skills and for embarking on training opportunities, you will be able to motivate yourself when it comes to improving your methods and abilities.
