We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant for our COO and Head of HR. The candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an EA to Director level executives or higher. The candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Given the dynamic nature of the executive landscape, we rely on our Executive Assistants to be flexible and consistent, while also maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Boasting intel on over 130,000 games spanning 200 platforms, our library is a constantly evolving trove. From facts, analyses and insights to high definition media, our database is leveraged by tech giants across the globe to fuel millions of consumer decisions every day.
Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility for all tasks currently overseen by the Senior HR Manager and COO that are not related to their core competencies. This includes but is not limited to.

Executive Scheduling: Efficiently manage the COO’s and HR Head’s professional schedules, including organizing agendas, handling emails and phone calls, managing client interactions, and overseeing other company logistics.

Task Tracking and Reminders: Diligently monitor and provide reminders for pending tasks, emails, meetings, and deadlines.

Calendar and Information Flow: Coordinate complex scheduling and manage the flow of information to senior executives, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.

Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors, negotiate terms, and ensure timely follow-up on agreements and contracts.

Travel Logistics: Organize and manage all aspects of travel for senior executives, including accommodations, transportation, and dining arrangements.

Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality with all tasks and materials handled.

Event Planning and Team Communication: Organize and coordinate internal and external team communications, as well as plan and execute both internal and off-site events.

Financial Management: Handle payments for vendors and salaries, and manage other company expenses.

Budget Oversight: Take charge of the monthly budgeting and expense tracking processes.

Inventory Management: Ensure that supplies and stationery are adequately stocked and managed.

Internal and External Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination between employees, internal departments, and external executives on various projects and tasks.

Experience:
