Team Introduction Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks, and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. Responsibilities: 1.Work as Finance Business Partner to support Social & Creation and other business lines; cooperate with business development planning to formulate and manage business financial budgets, as well as assist in guiding financial related processes. 2.Evaluate project output-investment ratio, conduct project reviews, and regularly track and analyze management to complete rolling forecasts of business financial indicators, and timely share results and feedback with business stakeholders. 3.Assist the team to complete budget preparation, monthly monitoring and quarterly review; provide basic data support and build business-financial model templates to locate the sources of budget-actual differences and trend fluctuations, and continuously improve financial planning and analysis processes. 4.Analyze the essence of horizontal subject business and budget preparation logic to understand the progress of product business; combine business-finance models and business information to output financial suggestions. 5.Other Finance BP related work.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 1.More than 3 years of work experience in financial professional services, with experience in financial BP, financial analysis, financial strategy and other functions. 2.Strong sense of responsibility and business insight; a self-motivator to grow and adapt to a diversified environment. 3.Skillful in framework thinking, capable of independently collecting data and analyzing information to gain insights into key issues, and develop and implement solutions. 4.Excellent in data analysis and problem solving; good at translating complex financial data into easy-to-understand insights and recommendations. 5.Great communication and coordination skills across functions. Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $215967 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
