Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Game Experience Designer located in Delhi, India. As a Game Experience Designer at Wizar Learning, you will be responsible for designing and creating captivating game experiences for our augmented reality learning platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop game mechanics, devise user interactions, and create visually appealing and immersive experiences. Your goal will be to engage and motivate students while enhancing their learning outcomes through gamification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Game Designer or similar role
• Strong proficiency in game design principles and methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of game mechanics, player psychology, and interactive storytelling
• Proficiency in using game development tools and software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator
• Experience in visualising game assets and animations
• Understanding of educational principles and learning theories
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Creativity and passion for creating engaging and meaningful learning experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Interactive Media, or a related field
