Identity and Access Management Developer

The Identity and Access Management Developer will be responsible for the complete Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes. This includes full automation of identity and account provisioning, access controls, application onboarding, and solution troubleshooting. The role involves coordinating with business and IT application owners to define IGA service requirements, such as access request workflows, entitlement models, role ownership, termination, and access certification. Experience in managing external identity management and privileged access management solutions like Azure B2B/B2C and CyberArk is required. The candidate must also possess knowledge of Least Privileged Access Modeling, Role Based Access Control, and Separation of Duty. Maintaining development, testing, and production systems, as well as creating and updating design and configuration documents, are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently with minimal oversight, and the ability to collaborate in a team environment across multiple time zones.
