Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and curious L&D Intern to support our Learning & Development initiatives. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, with a particular interest in AI, HR, and program creation for organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize training sessions and ensure smooth operations.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training programs.
• Monitor attendance and participation in training sessions.
• Assist in creating visually appealing materials for training programs using basic design tools like Canva.
• Collaborate with team members on various L&D projects and initiatives.
• Support the development of training content and resources.

Qualifications:

• Minimum B2 level of English.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
• No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Curiosity and proactivity in exploring topics related to AI and HR.
• Interest in creating programs that benefit organizations.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating visuals.
