Job Description:

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, attracting and sourcing qualified talent using different niche channels and social media outlets. Integrity, a positive attitude, creativity and collaboration will be key to your success in this role.


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted talent acquisition strategies tailored to the games and animation sector.
  • Source, assess, and recruit candidates for creative and technical positions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation and attract top talent.
  • Conduct background checks and verification processes for prospective hires.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably within the games and animation industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for creative and technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of the games and animation industry, including job roles, technical requirements, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Passion for gaming and animation.
