As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies with clients, leading cross-functional teams for collaboration, driving regional/industry growth through C-level relationship building, managing a team, collaborating with regional sales to aim existing and new clients, fostering strong relationships, proving and improving the value of media investments, delivering business insights, analytics, experimentation, and advanced measurement methods to demonstrate and optimize business outcomes, leading regular discussions with business leadership to understand business challenges, identify patterns and trends across the industry, and evolve strategy/approach accordingly, identifying scaled ways to solve common client business challenges and sharing best practices/client successes across the industry/sector.
Must have:
  • 15 years of experience in advertising, analytical sales, digital marketing or media
  • 5 years of people management experience
  • Experience in strategy consulting, marketing analytics, martech architecture, and data transformation
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently
  • Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
Good to have:
  • Experience in media planning and advertising effectiveness research
  • Experience using or deploying digital analytics and measurement solutions
  • Knowledge of general marketing, brand marketing, online advertising solutions, and the online media landscape
  • Ability to develop and inspire team members
  • Strong track record of cross-functional leadership and general management capabilities

Responsibilities
