Job Description

The HR & Office Administrator will support both administrative and human resources functions. This role ensures smooth office operations and provides essential support to HR processes, particularly in payroll administration and compliance with local employment legislation. Responsibilities include supporting the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding), coordinating and supporting payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local employment laws, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR reporting. The role also involves overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing office suppliers, and supporting health and safety compliance.
Must have:
  • Experience in both HR and Office administration roles.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Understanding of local employment legislation and payroll processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HR/payroll systems.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling HR information.

We are looking for an HR & Office Administrator to join our ream in Stockholm, Sweden!

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR & Office Administrator to support both administrative and human resources functions. This dual-role position ensures the smooth operation of the office and provides essential support to HR processes, particularly in payroll administration and compliance with local employment legislation.

What you'll get to do:

Human Resources Administration:

  • Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate and support payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely execution, working closely with external payroll providers and internal departments to gather and verify necessary data.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and assist in updating internal policies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in HR reporting, audits, and documentation.

Office Administration:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-functioning and efficient workplace.
  • Manage relationships with office suppliers, including procurement and maintenance of supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries and issues.
  • Support health and safety compliance and general office upkeep.

What you need to know:

  • Proven experience in both HR and Office administration roles.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of local employment legislation and payroll processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and experience with HR/payroll systems (e.g., Excel, HRIS, payroll software).
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive HR information.
